Rodrigo Dall’Acqua

Rodrigo Dall’Acqua graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and is specialized in Economic, International and European Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra and Environmental Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP). He was the legal director of the Institute for Defense of the Right to Defense (IDDD) and member of the Brazilian Criminal Sciences Institute (IBCCrim). Dall’Acqua is a member of the Commission for Studies on Antitrust and Economic Regulation of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP), the Legal Committee of the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Antitrust, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (IBRAC) and the former Coordinator of the Lawyers’ Rights and Prerogatives Committee of OAB-SP.
